SQUAD Security Solutions works hard to give every client high-quality, personalized security guard services at a price they can afford. In order to ensure that we customize every aspect of our private security services to each client’s unique set of needs, our management team follows these process
To become familiar with a client’s security needs, we start with the phone consultation. During this call, we will want to know what industry you are in, the size and layout of your property, and will agree on a date for a meeting and a site security risk assessment
Before we finalize any proposal, we conduct an on-site meeting, during which SQUAD security manager meets with the property owner, manager, or other authorized client representative to know more about your goals, concerns, threats, and perceived vulnerabilities. It also helps if you make us aware of any specific guard services and/or duties you are particularly interested in to assess the location in person and accordingly adjust the proposal as needed
Following the on-site survey risk assessment, we develop a proposal and bid that we believe will give you the most effective security for your budget. Our proposals can be presented in person or sent via email. If you’ve put your job out for bid, let us know; we will match or beat any local competitor’s price
We will revise and discuss the contract as needed until there is complete clarity and agreement on the services, terms, and expectations. We offer a variety of short-term and long-term contract options. As soon as a contract is signed, we can begin providing our guarding services
Based upon the terms of the contract, our security assessment, and conversations with the client, our security management team will develop a detailed security plan and post order duties
In order to best serve our clients, we spend a lot of time trying to fit our guards to each assignment. We consider the guard requirements outlined in the security plan and each guard’s skillset, experience, and personality. Once assigned, the guard is briefed on their assignment and thoroughly trained on their post order duties
You can expect our guards to arrive on time, and fully prepared to work. We require all guards to check when arrived using the logbooks, or the fingerprint system on site, our guards will perform all patrol checks and duties as assigned
As part of our guarding services, we check in regularly with our clients and provide them with detailed reports, such as visitor logs, incident reports, and patrol logs. Additionally, our management team conducts on-site visits, requests client feedback, and evaluates the effectiveness of our security plan and guarding services. In the event of an emergency or urgent request, our clients have 24-hour access to our management team
Clients on an open-ended or long-term contract are charged on a monthly basis. Clients who need guarding services on a short-term or temporary basis, will need to sign a pre-authorization form and partially in advance payment
SQUAD Security Solutions is managed by a team of dedicated private security experts who collectively have nearly 50 years of experience. They apply the knowledge that they have gained both in the field and from extensive training to provide our clients with highly effective security solutions
To ensure that we continuously meet the high standards of our customers, SQUAD Security Solutions has established the Management & Client Assistance program. This program outlines clear expectations for our security services and the level of customer service we offer. It also puts systems and procedures in place to hold our management team and guards accountable. Among the many expectations in this program are maintaining open communication with our clients, providing ongoing training to our staff, and supervising our guards in real-time, both onsite and remotely. The management team meets monthly or when needed to re-assess the designed security plans, review client feedback, and address client concerns. Additionally, we expect our management team to stay accessible to staff and clients 24/7 via emails, and cell phones
To ensure that our security services are meeting each client’s specific set of concerns, we prioritize personalized service and solutions. All potential clients work with a member of our management team, who will take the time to talk to the client, assess their property, and develop their custom security plan. The security plan is designed to give the client optimal security according to the client budget. Then, once a contract is in place, we continue to work closely with the client to ensure that the security plan is working well and meeting their expectations. Our management staff remain accessible to our clients 24 hours a day, throughout the year
All of our guards/officers have completed their security guard training and passed the medical and background checks. In addition, our management team only hires guards that have strong communication skills, at least one year of experience. After a guard is hired, we encourage them to participate in the ongoing training and continue to demonstrate a high level of competency and professionalism. Our management team supervises our guards/Officers in real time (both remotely and through unscheduled on-site visits) and via feedback surveys that we send to our clients regularly
